What we collect. Business contact details you give us, access you grant to your Google Business Profile, and customer names and emails you send us so we can request reviews on your behalf.
How we use it. Only to deliver the service: review requests, reply drafts, profile updates and reports. We never sell data.
Your customers. Review-request emails identify your business, include an unsubscribe link, and honor opt-outs.
Retention. When you cancel, we remove our profile access and delete your customer lists within 30 days.
