Service. ReviewTender ("we") provides Google Business Profile and review care for your business: review-request emails to customers you provide, draft replies to reviews, Google posts, profile updates, review alerts, and a monthly scorecard. We work as a Manager on your Business Profile, which you can remove at any time in your Google profile settings.
Your approvals. We never post a review reply without your OK. You confirm you have the right to give us your customer contact details and that those customers are your own customers.
Review rules. We send the same request to every customer you provide. We never filter out unhappy customers, offer incentives, write reviews, or ask anyone to remove a review. Under the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and Google's policies, we may refuse any request that would break these rules.
Billing. $49 per month, billed through Stripe. If your plan includes a free trial, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel first. No contract.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime by emailing hello@reviewtender.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds. If you're not happy in your first paid month, email us within 14 days of that charge for a full refund. After that, we don't give partial-month refunds.
No guarantees. We can't guarantee any particular rating, number of reviews, ranking, or Google decision. Google controls its platform.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
